Shipping & Delivery
ORDER FULFILMENT
Orders are processed and fulfilled daily with the exception of weekends and public holidays.
Orders are usually shipped within 1-5 working days*. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email reflecting that your order has been shipped, along with tracking number(s).
PLEASE NOTE: We usually expect some delays during the last three months of the year (October, November, and December). That’s because many carriers are overwhelmed by the number of packages they have to handle every day. Also, many of them are impacted by constantly-changing COVID-19 regulations that slow the process down even more.
During this period, our regular processing time of 1-5 working days will increase to 1-10 working days. However, your order will be processed and fulfilled as soon as possible.
Please note that we are not in control of your package after it was handed to our carriers and we are not responsible for any delays that might occur during the delivery. While many of our orders arrive in the specified time frame, others might have a delay of up to 15 business days.

PACKAGING
Due to the requirements of our carriers, many orders will be split into multiple packages. If you order more than 2 glasses (or items) please expect to receive more than one package.
